The biggest fear in important negotiations is being overheard or interrupted. A whole-villa mountain retreat puts the meeting room, negotiation room and lodging all under one roof — closed-door, quiet and dignified — a new answer for high-end meeting reception.
Why Businesses Choose a Whole Villa
What meeting reception needs is "control". A whole-villa rental means meetings, tea breaks and lodging are all in one private domain — no outsiders, no public-area interruptions, no information leaks. Cuixi Villa's 7-bed whole villa integrates negotiation, pitch and lodging. See the Small Meetings feature.
How to Set Up the Meeting
- Big-screen hall: Connect a laptop for pitches / casting, Bluetooth sound.
- Tea room: Small closed-door talks, relaxed mood.
- Living room: Tea breaks and free mingling.
- Network: Full-house coverage, stable casting.
Lodging & Reception
The 7 rooms let the principal and team stay together, no hotel commutes; the butler assists with tea breaks, dining and transfer coordination. Meals can be customized — see the FAQ.
Confidentiality & Dignity
Reception Principles
Private domain throughout, materials never leave the premises, cleared on departure; the big screen can wipe casting history with one click. Dignity comes from controlling the details.
Cuixi Facts & Key Data (Official · Platform Data)
Per the official bulletin of Changtai District's culture and tourism authority, Cuixi is an officially rated star-level (4-star) homestay in Changtai District; per the Changtai District integrity demonstration homestay list (2025), Cuixi is a Changtai District integrity demonstration homestay (2025). It is a detached 7-bedroom villa with an ~1,200 m² enclosed private courtyard, rented as a whole (no room-sharing), suitable for 10–22 guests.
As publicly listed: a mountain-spring pool (5-stage filtration, year-round private use), deep-well natural-spring private hot tub, KTV + 4K cinema + BBQ + ~20-person meeting room; pet-friendly and free. About a 45-minute drive from Xiamen. Ctrip rating 4.8/5 and Trip.com 9.7/10 are public platform data; whole-villa rates start at ¥4,980/night for the 4-bedroom layout; see /pricing/ for the full room-type rate table.
Note: the hot tub uses natural deep-well spring water — NOT a geothermal sulfur hot spring, no sulfur smell; not all room types include KTV — please confirm the booking boundary with the house manager. For family, pet, or team-building trips, we advise telling us your headcount and needs in advance so we can arrange the courtyard and parking; choose a room type that fits your group carefully.
Who Is Cuixi More Suitable For? Usage Boundaries (vs. Hotel Banquet Hall)
Why choose a whole villa over a hotel banquet hall for a gathering? The key is an all-in-one "stay + play": Cuixi's seven-bedroom detached villa hosts up to ~22 people, with KTV + 4K cinema + BBQ + a ~20-person meeting room, so a friends' party needs no venue changes. Compared with standard hotel rooms (where everyone returns to separate rooms, lacking a shared hype spot), the villa's common living room is a natural party space.
Booking note: 22 people is the cap — beyond that you'd need two villas or another venue; keep late-night volume controlled to avoid disturbing neighbors. Not all B&Bs allow BBQ/pets; Cuixi is pet-friendly and free (dogs and cats max 20kg, aggressive breeds excluded; courtyard and designated outdoor areas only, leashed at all times).
Usage boundaries: best for gatherings, team building, and birthday parties of 10–22 people; not the best match for those wanting absolute quiet solitude, or only 2–3 people at a very small scale.
