🏡 Whole-Villa Rental
For groups, families and corporate retreats, the entire villa can be exclusively rented. Whole-villa rental includes all 7 rooms (sleeps up to 18 guests), private pool, karaoke room, BBQ area, full kitchen and dedicated butler service.
💰 Pricing
Rates vary by room type, season and day of week. Weekends and holidays are priced higher. Whole-villa packages include breakfast and basic amenities. Contact the butler team for a detailed quote based on your dates and group size.

1. Inquiry: Call or message the butler team with your preferred dates and group size.
2. Confirmation: Receive room availability and a detailed quote within 2 hours.
3. Deposit: A 30% deposit secures your booking. Balance due on arrival.
4. Voucher: Receive a booking confirmation with check-in details and arrival instructions.
🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.

We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank transfer and major credit cards. Deposits can be paid via WeChat or Alipay. Corporate invoices available upon request.
