A whole-villa rental is different from booking separate hotel rooms — read the rules before booking to save follow-up communication. The following is Cuixi Villa's general booking policy; special dates and group orders are governed by the terms on the booking confirmation.
1. Booking & Deposit
Cuixi Villa Resort (Zhumenyuan No.69) is a whole-villa rental (no room sharing): a 7-room villa, accommodating up to 22 guests. Separate Shanwaishan apartment units are available for per-room booking — ask the host for details. Booking process:
- After confirming dates, group size and room-tier availability (4 / 5 / 6 / 7 rooms), call the booking line +86 189 6510 6119 to lock in the whole villa;
- Pay a 3000 CNY deposit to confirm the villa; the booking takes effect once the deposit is paid;
- The remaining balance is settled on the check-in day, by cash / transfer / mainstream mobile payment;
- You may also book on OTAs such as Ctrip, Agoda, Meituan and Tujia, but the official phone confirmation is the final basis for availability.
Single-villa inventory is limited on weekends, statutory holidays and summer (July-August). We suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead for weekends and 3-4 weeks ahead for holidays and summer.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because a whole-villa rental occupies an exclusive property, cancellations and rescheduling follow a tiered policy by how many days before check-in you act:
- Cancelling 7 or more days in advance: full deposit refund;
- Cancelling 2-6 days in advance (within a week): 50% of the deposit is deducted;
- Cancelling less than 2 days in advance (including the check-in day): full deposit forfeited (non-refundable);
- Free reschedule: before check-in you may request one free reschedule to an equivalent room-tier slot within the next 12 months, subject to live availability; if you cancel again after rescheduling, the tiered rule by days in advance applies;
- Communicate early: if your plans change, contact the host as soon as possible so we can coordinate availability and reduce losses.
Special dates (statutory holidays, major event periods, consecutive-night packages, etc.) may apply different cancellation percentages; the terms on the booking confirmation prevail. This page states general rules and is not the final agreement for any individual order.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: after 14:00; check-out: before 12:00;
- For an early check-in, we may negotiate depending on the previous day's check-out and cleaning, possibly with a half-day fee;
- For a late check-out, as long as it doesn't affect the next stay, it is charged at 2000 CNY per 4 hours; discuss specifics by phone;
- Deep cleaning and high-temperature disinfection of bedding are performed after each group checks out.
4. Invoices & Vouchers
Invoices can be issued. Tell us your invoicing needs when booking (company/individual, title and tax ID), and staff will help issue it after check-out. Please state reimbursement-voucher needs in advance.
5. Parking · Internet · Hot Water · Air Conditioning
- Parking: a private courtyard parking area at the resort entrance holds up to 10 vehicles of various sizes; parking is free for whole-villa guests with a dedicated free lot. EV charging stations are not yet installed on the villa grounds (courtyard); ask the host for the nearest charging point if needed;
- Internet: gigabit high-speed wireless internet (WiFi) covers the whole villa with dedicated bandwidth for the entire building, suited to remote work and video calls;
- Hot water: rooms and common areas provide 24-hour stable hot showers;
- Air conditioning: the whole villa has central air conditioning and a central fresh-air system, comfortable in all seasons;
- Private hot spring: the mountain-spring private hot spring is a separate soaking pool fed with deep-well spring water, suited to wellness soaking.
6. Pet-Friendly Notes
Cuixi Villa is whole-villa pet friendly: both dogs and cats are welcome, stay free, with no breed restrictions. Notes:
- Pets may not enter indoor common areas or rooms;
- Guests should bring their own pet food;
- The 1200sqm private courtyard is free for pets to roam; please clean up after them;
- The pool is a guest-exclusive play area; for hygiene we suggest pets stay with you in the poolside activity area and not enter the water.
7. Consecutive-Night Discount
