Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00; late checkout ¥2,000 per 4 hours if it doesn't affect the next guests.
Deposit & cancellation?
Book at least 1 day ahead with a ¥3,000 deposit; 50% of the deposit forfeited on cancellation; one free reschedule.
Is the pool spring water? Is it clean?
Fed by natural spring water from our own well (not municipal recirculated water), through a five-stage purification system; pH and chlorine are tested and posted daily, meeting swimming standards.
Is it safe with kids?
A separate kids' shallow zone, life rings, night lighting and an enclosed garden keep things safe; parental supervision is advised.
