II. Terms of Service
These terms of service apply to the whole-villa rental service contract you enter into with Cuixi Villa through this website, by phone, through third-party platforms or otherwise. Please read them carefully:
1. Booking and Cancellation
Booking: bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance, and a deposit of ¥3,000 must be paid to lock in the room type and dates;
Cancellation: cancelling a booking deducts 50% of the deposit;
Rescheduling: you get one free reschedule/deferral opportunity (subject to subsequent availability);
Holidays: for bookings on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays, the deposit and cancellation policy are as confirmed by phone/WeChat communication.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: after 14:00;
Check-out time: before 12:00;
Late check-out: as long as it doesn't affect the next stay, charged at ¥2,000 per 4 hours; please coordinate with the host in advance;
Early check-in: subject to that day's availability, usually to be confirmed with the host in the afternoon of the day before check-in.
3. Property Usage Rules
Whole-villa rental: the 7 rooms standardly accommodate 22 guests, and up to 25 guests with extra beds;
No smoking, fireworks or open flames indoors (except the outdoor BBQ area);
No flammable/explosive or prohibited items;
Safety rules must be followed when using the pool, private hot spring, cinema, KTV and other facilities; children must be accompanied by adults;
Please take care of the property's facilities, furniture and appliances; damage is compensated at replacement cost;
Please keep indoor volume down after 22:00 to avoid disturbing neighboring residents.
4. Pet Stay Rules
Cuixi Villa is a pet-friendly homestay; pets may stay, and a pet shelter is provided free of charge;
Pets may not enter the interior (bedrooms, living room, dining room and other indoor areas);
Please bring your own pet food, water bowl, leash and waste bags;
Please keep your pets under control during the stay; the pet owner is responsible if a pet injures someone or damages facilities;
Large and aggressive breeds must wear muzzles and be led by an adult;
Please do not let pets play in the pool or private hot spring.
5. Breach and Liability
If a breach of these terms causes damage to the property, facilities or personal injury, the breaching party bears the corresponding liability for compensation;
If check-in becomes impossible due to force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes, government control, etc.), the full deposit is refunded and no other liability is assumed;
If some functions are unavailable due to a facility fault, the corresponding room fee is reduced through negotiation.
III. Intellectual Property
All content contained in this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, design drafts, source code, brand logos and trademarks, is owned as intellectual property — including copyright and trademark rights — by Cuixi Villa, Zhangzhou Changtai (Zhangzhou Changtai Cuixi Villa) or its lawful licensors.
