20-Person Meeting Room
A dedicated meeting room with long-table setup seating up to 20 people, equipped with projection system and screen. Ideal for strategy sessions, workshops, training, and quarterly reviews. The room is private — no other guests, no interruptions. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa for presentations and video conferencing.
Private KTV Room
A soundproofed KTV booth with professional audio, available late into the night. Because the villa is exclusively booked to your group, there are no noise complaints or time limits — the team can sing and celebrate as late as they want. This is a key difference from hotel-based team building, where KTV is often shared or has strict quiet hours.
Courtyard BBQ Area
An imported grill station in the 1200㎡ private garden, perfect for team BBQ dinners. Grill equipment is included in the villa rate (charcoal usage fee ¥300/session). BBQ ingredient packages can be pre-ordered (approx. ¥60–100/person), or the team can bring their own. For larger groups, whole roast lamb (¥2,280) or whole goose banquet (¥780 for 10 people) can be arranged.

Cuixi Villa is located in the Mayangxi Eco-Tourism Zone, Changtai District, Zhangzhou, about a 45-minute drive from downtown Xiamen. The whole villa has 7 bedrooms for up to 22 guests, a 1200㎡ private garden, an exclusive mountain-view pool, KTV and BBQ facilities. For a 20–60 person team offsite, the villa can be booked as a whole unit with a meeting space, dining area and accommodation on site. How to Book
- Step 1: Confirm your dates, group size and villa type (4/5/6/7 bedrooms available).
- Step 2: Call the booking hotline 189-6510-6119 (WeChat ID the same) to reserve the whole villa.
- Step 3: Pay a RMB 3,000 deposit to confirm; booking is effective once the deposit is paid.
- Step 4: Settle the balance on check-in day by cash, bank transfer or mainstream mobile payment.
Availability is limited on weekends and holidays; we recommend booking 1–4 weeks ahead.
