Rooted in the China-famous "Zhangzhou Sea-bass Banquet" and built on Changtai's local mountain-seasonal ingredients, every tier is executed to high-standard banquet specifications — from menu design and ingredient pairing to plating and food-carving presentation. For important banquets, Grandmaster Liu Tianfu can personally take the wok and interact with guests.
