Refund Policy: Follow the Official Written Terms
Cuixi Villa's refund policy follows the official written terms (see the booking policy page and your written confirmation). Whole-villa rentals follow a transparent 3-tier schedule with no tricks. A RMB 3,000 deposit locks your villa and dates.
The 3-Tier Refund Schedule
7+ days before check-in: cancel and receive a full refund.
3–7 days before check-in: cancel and receive a 50% deposit refund.
Within 3 days: cancellation within 3 days of check-in is non-refundable.
Note: the "7 days / 3 days" are counted back from the check-in date; the exact date basis is per your written confirmation.
Deposit & Free Rescheduling
Deposit: a RMB 3,000 deposit is required for whole-villa bookings; the booking takes effect once paid, with the balance settled on check-in day.
Free reschedule: one free reschedule to an equivalent room-tier (4/5/6/7-bedroom) within the next 12 months, subject to live availability; if you cancel again after rescheduling, the "50% deposit refund" rule applies.
Force majeure: in case of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather), rescheduling may be negotiated per your written confirmation.
Check-in / Check-out & Late Checkout
Standard check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 noon. For late checkout, subject to availability for the next guests, RMB 2,000 per 4 hours applies; contact the butler in advance for early check-in or late checkout.
Weekends and holidays are peak season — book 3–7 days ahead and confirm early; rescheduling room is limited in peak season, so allow plenty of time.
