Cuixi Villa Resort is pet-friendly for the whole villa — dogs and cats are welcome, free of charge, with no breed limits; it also features a kids' slide theme room, a kids' shallow pool area, a kids' football pitch and elderly-friendly facilities throughout, so families with pets, kids and elders can all stay worry-free in the ~1,200m² private courtyard.
Pet Stay Notice
Welcome rules: dogs (including large breeds) and cats are welcome, free, no breed limits; the 1,200m² private courtyard gives room to roam; please confirm multiple pets by phone in advance.
Please bring: pet food, water bowls, pee pads and cleaning supplies.
Restrictions: pets are not allowed in indoor public areas or bedrooms; the pool is exclusively for guest swimming — for hygiene reasons pets are not recommended in the pool; the soak pools are high-temperature water, please keep pets out.
Safety & hygiene: keep pets on a leash in courtyard and public areas for everyone's safety; clean up after your pet and the whole villa is deep-cleaned after your stay for the next guests.
We recommend pets are fully vaccinated before travel; the final policy is per your booking confirmation.
Tips for Travelling with Kids
Kids' facilities: kids' slide theme room, kids' shallow pool area (separately circulated from the adult area), kids' football pitch and outdoor cinema — plenty of space for kids to burn energy.
Pool safety: the pool is equipped with life rings and safety gear; residual chlorine is controlled at 0.3–0.5mg/L within the national standard range, pH (7.2–7.8) is tested daily and posted; children should always be supervised by parents, with pool lighting on at night and non-slip care.
Travel tips: bring your own kids' swimwear and spare clothes; for multi-family stays, let us know headcount and kids' ages when booking so we can arrange rooms and kids' facilities.
