2 · Roast Whole Lamb / Goose Banquet (best for mid-large team building)
- Roast whole lamb: slow-roasted 3–4 hours, crisp outside and tender inside, served with cold dishes and local staples. Best for groups of 15+.
- Goose banquet: Changtai-style braised goose in several dishes (poached goose, braised goose, goose liver, goose-blood soup) with vegetables and rice.
- Booking: reserve at least 3 days ahead — the butler contacts local farmers to prepare fresh.
- Price: roast whole lamb about ¥2280 each; goose banquet (10-person set) ¥780.
3 · Afternoon Tea / Break

Vegetarian options?
